Summary: The house is in a great location for attending events on campus. The first thing we noticed is how clean the house was--always a good thing! There were a couple of small negatives. Neither the oven or the dryer worked. However, management was very responsive and I'm sure those will be corrected.

Summary: They changed our house the day of. Then tell me i can't stay because its rented but mind you i reserved a house back in February. So i checked in and not suppose to check out until the 5th but we had to leave the 4th became someone else reserved it. So they inconvenience me and my family twice. It was a mess .

Summary: The house was nice but very little space and narrow highly recommend if you have a big family suggest something big and spacious. No blinds or curtains on living room windows or front door area didnt feel secure Even tho was a quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Chairs were weak and breaking couch was very small one tv in the entire house which was very annoying. Good thing my kids had there tablets and their switches. The smell was terrible. It smell like a bad sewer or bad piping problem even tho staff cam out to check and tried to fix what needed to fix but it didn’t work the smell was bad we sprayed and sprayed lit candles it work a little bit or when we cooked it helped. it smelled like dookie. But everything else was ok they supplied us with everything else we needed for the stay.

Summary: Check in process was easy. The host was great. I reached out an asked for an item that wasn’t in the house, by the time we got back to the house the item was delivered. We were checked on everyday to make sure everything was ok. The pictured match the house exactly. Close to everything. We will be back!!
